Every month Marie and Sam select half a dozen of special wines for you to pair with your favorite dishes. Our famous complimentary wine tasting at the lounge is a great occasion to taste these delicious wines that will be available this month. Please note that this selection is subject to change.

Vins Blancs
Viognier - Domaine de montfaucon, Pays d'Oc 2012
Pale yellow. Baked pear fruit, barley sugar aroma - has a good and varied nose that sets it up well. The palate delivers baked fruit, white jam flavoring, has quince notes.

Sémillon + Sauvignon blanc + Muscadelle - Château Ducasse 2012
Run by Hervé Dubourdieu, Ducasse uses 60% of sémillon in the blend, while sauvignon blanc (35%) and muscadelle (5%) add aromatic complexity and a primary juiciness. It is vinified in stainless steel to preserve the fresh flavors that define its particular profile.

Chardonnay - Domaine des Valanges, Mâcon Davaye 2012
This has a neutral, Zen-like bouquet with faint hints of fresh apricot and nectarine entry. The acidity is nicely judged and the vibrant finish packs a punch. An excellent Mâcon.

Viognier + Grenache - Domaine La Croix Belle, Cuvée Le Chat Noir 2012
Pale yellow color, notes of white fruits, mingled with floral aromas. This white wine is very fresh, clean, delightful and pleasing texture.

Vins Rouges
Malbec - Clos La Coutale, Cahors 2011
The 2011 Clos La Coutale has a lively attack, a very ripe plum and cherry nose, a delicious, dark and meaty, coffee-licorice-peppery mouth.

Merlot - Château Haut Colombier, Côtes de Blaye 2010
This wine has a beautiful nose with soft, spice-coated structure guiding the mulled plum combines notes of black fruits and toasted. The tannins are complex. Ample and fleshy.

Pinot noir - Les Collines Rouges, Complices de Loire 2012
The wine is every bit a Loire, with the classic crisp minerality of the region with a deep ruby garnet in color, with soft tannins and a fresh, fruity mouth feel.

Syrah + Grenache - Domaine La Croix Belle, Cuvée Le Chat Noir 2010
A classic wine from the terroir, strong ruby color with black berry fruit and garrigue notes, ample and full bodied in the mouth.
